Hi, I know it’s still summer and it’s not time to be thinking about cold or penguins, but, it’ll be cold soon enough. And besides this is a fun book about a penguin…well, about a boy and his friend.
It really is one of my favorite books that I’ve worked on:
Andy Goes to the Aquarium written by a father-son team: Pierce & Nick Marrs.
It’s about a young boy who is longing for a good friend, and he takes the opportunity to look for one when he and his family visit the aquarium.
It’s a cute story that I had the pleasure of designing & illustrating a few years ago.
Recently, when one of my grandsons took the book to school to read for a show-and-tell-type event; I was thrilled that he chose my book.
And even more thrilled when I found out how much he and his fellow students enjoyed it. I decided then to make an activity book to go along with it.
This activity book is an instantly downloadable PDF book, it has:
Draw Pages®
coloring pages
fun flash cards
mazes
and even a bookmark and a hug-card!
It’s fun to go along with the story book, or you could enjoy either one on it’s own.
Right now, we are offering these books at a discount:
The regular price for the book ANDY GOES TO THE AQUARIUM is $14.99 and
$3.99 for the instant download PDF activity book, Andy goes to the Aquarium DRAW BOOK.
BUT
For the next few days the price is: $10 for ANDY GOES TO THE AQUARIUM (which will be sent via US Postal service)
and $1.99 for ANDY GOES TO THE AQUARIUM DRAW BOOK (which is an instant download)
The age-range is approximately 3 to 8.
But, a child of any age would love to have this story read to them and could color and do most of the activities (maybe a few pages with a little grown-up help).
If you are interested in finding out more about either book: Check them out here.
