When our oldest son & his wife got married a few years ago, the wedding was in MONTEBELLO, QUÉBEC…and it was beautiful!
I did this painting from a photo I took of the gate to the road going to the chapel…I always love the colors of the morning…and this morning was no exception: purples, pinks and blues…with the tiny crisp yellows and oranges glistening through.
This is the second day of illustration-month here at the Draw Page. We’ll call this day “Beautiful Morning Quebec Day”.
The building that you see in this painting is one of the barns on the grounds…and the road continues up to the chapel and a few other buildings where they house horses….everything is along side of the Ottawa River…and it’s gorgeous!
