Yesterday i had some dental work done.
Nothing major, I just broke an old filling and the tooth needed to be cleaned up a bit; and then a crown put on it. It was two hours at the dentist office, but it was really not all that bad.
Today after all of the numbness wore off, my mouth is a little bit sore. I’ve been gargling with warm salt water and trying to keep it very clean. I had a delicious blueberry-pomegranate smoothie yesterday.
And, I still would like to be gentle on my mouth (am I a big baby or what???)

Anyway, I was making a little broth for lunch, and considering toast and an apple. We’ll see, I’m just not sure about that yet.
But, I noticed the fruit flies in my kitchen around the compost container. That’s not too uncommon for this time of year. But, I still don’t like them! So, I found an old ball-type jar and got some saran warp and gum band and a toothpick.

I made my own bug catcher.
We’ll see if it works.
Anyway, have a great weekend…and here are some links to draw a couple bugs. Draw an ANT. Draw A Dragonfly. Draw A Housefly. Draw A Zebra Swallowtail. Draw A Northern Walking Stick.
My new BUG (Insect & Creepy Crawler) DRAW BOOK is almost ready for the presses. I’ll be showing you more in the coming week.
