I’ve seen doodling defined as ‘scribbling or drawing aimlessly, to play or improvise idly’.
I suppose that a doodle is a drawing made while a person’s attention is otherwise occupied, and might be just random abstract thoughts… But, they can also be simple drawings that can have concrete representational meaning.
I think that doodling actually helps me focus and makes it easier to think things out, and in a playful fun way!
You can certainly express concepts, emotions and ideas with quick spontaneous doodles! It can help relieve stress, boredom & frustration.
Maybe we should proclaim today at The Draw Page: Doodle Day!
Anyway, here are some of my doodles.
Have some fun, relax, and put your thoughts into a couple of cute little doodles and enjoy the day!
