These COLORED PENCILS + PENCIL CUP are made from toothpicks and a thimble!
My granddaughter likes Barbies and crafting. She’ll be seven years old in the next few weeks, and my husband and I started to make her a few miniature dollhouse items.
This one is so cute!
It simple to make, I used a thimble for the pencil cup. And cut toothpicks in half. After sanding them up a little to smooth them out and make them more like real pencils. I then colored them with markers.
We made this one for her, but I’m pretty sure that she’d would be quite able to color these. A grown up would still have to cut the toothpicks and help with sanding, but I’m sure you could have a wonderful time making these.

There are some cute PERFUME BOTTLES from beads that we’re making and a sofa and end table with lamps. As we complete them I’ll add the photos for you to see, and I’ll add some links to instructions to making some of them.
