My husband and I painted a wooden rocking horse for our grandson. Here are some photos of the progression. His first birthday is in March and we’d like to give it to him then.

We bought the horse at Michael’s and sanded it…
…then added a basecoat of white paint…
…then began painting…
…adding more detail
We are now spraying it with an acrylic semi gloss finish. It’ll be ready to ride by the time we see him in March. (I’ll have a new page for Rainy Days and Sun Days posted tomorrow.) I’ll see you then… Have a great day!
