“How are you?
We had a terrific weekend, and hope you did also!
We enjoyed a sunny afternoon in the mountains at a retirement party for a dear old friend and got to see a lot more old friends. And the next day we had one of our favorite couples over for dinner. We stayed in the air conditioning that day, but the funny thing was we made ice cream and brownies for dessert. AND, the ice cream never froze properly! So, it ended up being brownies and milkshakes. (We suffered through it. LOL) Anyway, the dinner and conversation were wonderful! Friends are good.
Well, now it’s Monday and we’re mostly all back-to-work…
