The Sweetest Rocking Horse

We made a rocking horse for the sweetest little girl…our granddaughter, Sonni!

A few years ago when our first grandson turned one, I painted a rocking horse for him;

and that horse has been through two more brothers and they still ride it!

For Sonni’s first birthday we looked to buy a wooden horse to paint for her, but couldn’t find one.

So, my husband and I decided to build one ourselves. 

It looks almost the same as the one we painted for the boys, except for the colors we used.

We should’ve taken a picture of her before she got all messy from enjoying her birthday cake, but she is still  a cutie pie.
