On the 28th we will celebrate THANKSGIVING here in the states. I’d like to draw a CORNUCOPIA this November.
A cornucopia is container that is shaped like a horn and is overflowing with fruits, flowers and ears of grain that is used as a decorative motif …emblematic of abundance!
I know that I have a lot to be grateful for…God has blessed me immensely.
Today we’ll draw the horn shaped basket. I suggest that you draw it on a big piece of paper with your child and color it. Because throughout next few days we’ll have some lessons on how to draw the fruits & vegetables to put into our basket.
You’ll make those on small separate pieces of paper , then cut them out and paste them onto the large horn-shaped basket…and on Thanksgiving day you will have an entire cornucopia for a decoration and also to remind you of the blessings of our Lord. (You can also add anything else you are grateful for or would like to remind yourself of. )
Please share your finished projects with me. I would love to see your artwork!
…thank you for sharing your time with me here at thedrawpage.com. I am extremely thankful for YOU!

Due to unforseen circumstances I am unable to complete this Thanksgiving Day Cornucopia. My apologies. I will be back the second week of December…and I hope that you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
